Would you go to this conference?

While I was in a D.C., I met a guy who’s throwing an after party for a conference on the West Coast. We got to talking about popular conferences, and something started tingling in the back of my brain. By the time I got back to the hotel the tingle became a full blown thought. What if I started my own conference for the HeSo project?

Would you come for a weekend conference in NYC and hear stories from people who followed their dreams and started living a life dictated by the whims of their heart and soul rather than their fears and apathy? Would you attend a panel discussion on dreams vs reality? Would you network with other people who want to start living a HeSo life?

I’m really interested in your opinions on this. How much would you pay for this? How many guest speakers would you want to hear? How many days would you go for? Do you have any guest speakers you would recommend?

Please bombard me with your thoughts and suggestions πŸ™‚

  1. Have you heard of the $100 start up? I went I hear Chris speak and he has this conference called The World Domination Summit that sells out in 6 minutes flat. His approach is basically on showing people how to live your dreams and start pursuing it by only a small investment. He is huge now. May be worth looking into. I heard his summit is amazing but I personally am already conferenced out.

    1. Thanks for sharing your thoughts! That was actually one of the conferences we were talking about in D.C. I hadn’t heard about it before, but I love the idea. Maybe my conference will be for the people who can’t buy tickets for The World Domination Summit πŸ˜›

      1. Sounds good! What is your conference about? I haven’t checked out your blog before but I should take a look and see! I also went to a conference as a member of RESULTS a grassroots advocacy group on ending world poverty. It was amazing and held in DC every July. Nicole

        1. My blog is about taking chances and living a life that’s guided by your heso (heart and soul) rather than fear and apathy, so in the conference I would like to showcase people who started their own heso projects, and discuss the realities of following your dreams. My fiance just got back from an amazing conference called the Feast and I’m hoping to talk to the woman who started that. They attract a lot of intelligent people who want to make the world a better place.
